Refund & Shipping Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email service@ep-nutrition.com and state your order number, reason for return, and your full name.
EPN Memberships are NOT refundable (for regular customers), but can be canceled upon request. Please contact service@ep-nutrition.com to request a cancellation.
Membership Refunds (if applicable)
Memberships MAY be refunded for EPN Athletes. Upon delivery of the Athletes product(s), the Athlete has 7 days after delivery to determine if they would like to request a refund or not.
Memberships can ONLY be refunded if the EPN Athlete is not satisfied with the quality of EPN Supplements products, and lets our company know via email within 7 days of receiving their products.

Supplements Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Times
All order are shipping within 24 hours (business days only), with average shipping times taking no longer than 7 business days (domestic only). International shipping times can take up to 40 business days.
Domestic shipping is completed by FedEx ground. International shipping is completed by USPS.
Import Fees
Customers ordering products from outside of the USA will likely be charged import fees by their respected country upon the delivery of their products. Import fees and duty taxes are not charged by EPN Supplements and are not EPN Supplements responsibility to pay.
